Dumpster Rental Agreement

Prohibited Materials

Any of the following are subject to additional charges or rejection. If unsure, always contact the Company prior to disposal.

• Hazardous waste
• Batteries, paint, solvents, propane tanks
• Medical or biohazard waste
• Soil, dirt, concrete, brick, cinderblocks, mulch, sod, etc.
• Tires (See the item's listing for cost per tire)

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure clear access for delivery and pickup
• Do not move the dumpster once placed
• Do not overfill above the rim
• Prevent unauthorized use of the dumpster
• Comply with all local ordinances and HOA rules
• If the dumpster is too heavy to be lifted by our truck due to exceeding weight limits or unsafe loading, the customer is solely responsible for removing excess material until it is a safe weight for pickup. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or delays in service.
• Anything over the specified tonnage will incur an additional charge as stated from the site's item listing.

Company Disclaimers

• By renting our dumpsters, you are automatically agreeing to all our terms and conditions.
• The Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or underground utilities.
• Dumpster placement is at the sole discretion of the delivery driver for safety.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery or pick up of the dumpster for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, lack of access, or customer non-compliance with this agreement.

Liability & Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, or losses arising from use or misuse of the dumpster, including injury or property damage.
