These Terms govern your use of the Dumpster Diva website and related services (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site
- You must use the Site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
- The Site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Orders & Rental Agreement
Placing an order is additionally governed by our Rental Agreement. If these Terms conflict with the Rental Agreement for a paid order, the Rental Agreement controls for that order.
Payments & QuickBooks
We use Intuit QuickBooks Online for invoicing and payment links. Payments are processed by Intuit or its processors. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
Third-Party Services
The Site may link to third-party services (including QuickBooks Online). Those services are governed by their own terms. Intuit is not responsible for this Site and we are not responsible for third-party sites.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
State of Georgia law governs these Terms.
