Information We Collect

- Order details and communication history.
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser info(deleted after 30 days), and cookies necessary for site operation.
How We Use Information
- To create quotes, orders, invoices, and receipts.
- To send order updates and service communications.
- To improve the Site and prevent fraud/abuse.
Payments & QuickBooks Online
We use Intuit QuickBooks Online to issue invoices and payment links. When you pay, payment data is processed by Intuit or its processors under their terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. We store only the QuickBooks invoice IDs/links and related status.
We only use QuickBooks data internally to fulfill and support Dumpster Diva services for that same customer. We do not sell or share QuickBooks data with third parties other than service providers we use to operate the site (e.g., Intuit).
Sharing
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, email, QuickBooks) who process data on our behalf under contracts.
- Legal or safety requirements when necessary.
Data Retention
We retain order/accounting records as required for business and legal purposes. Web logs are kept for security and troubleshooting for a limited time.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where applicable by emailing us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmit or storage is 100% secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13.
